Shipping Policy

Transportation details. 

You can query in the tracking interface of the official website, or check in the order interface at any time. After placing an order, we will update the logistics number in 48 hours (except holidays). 

Order processing time.

Orders received before 17:00 EST will be shipped within 2 business days.

Parcel usually arrived within 4-7 days affected by local policies. For some areas,  affected by local policy, the shipping time could be delayed.  We will follow the latest logistics information in time for you.

Potential service disruption.

In case of uncontrollable factors, such as natural disasters and epidemic situations, logistics will be delayed. We will contact customers regarding the delay issue.

Shipping methods: In most cases we will ship with UPS.


I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
